Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to every reading and report ordered through astrorakeshjain.in, operated by Voicepe Technologies Private Limited. It forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read with them.

2. The general position

A reading is prepared individually, from the name and date of birth you give, and is delivered as a digital report. Once it has reached you it cannot be returned or un-read, and the work behind it cannot be recovered.

This is the ordinary position for digital goods prepared to order. The exceptions that follow are not discretionary — where one of them applies, you are entitled to the refund.

3. When we do refund

We refund in full where:

• You were charged twice for the same order, or charged more than once by mistake. The duplicate is returned.
• The report was not delivered. Payment succeeded but nothing reached you, and we are unable to deliver it when you tell us.
• A technical failure on our side spoiled the order — the report was empty, corrupted, incomplete, or prepared from details other than those you entered.
• The payment was not authorised by you. Money left your account for an order you did not place.

We also refund where we withdraw a service you have paid for before we have delivered it.

4. When we do not refund

A delivered report is not refunded because:

• the reading was not what you hoped for, or its conclusion was unwelcome;
• you disagree with the interpretation, or with numerology as a practice;
• events did not follow what you understood the reading to suggest — no reading predicts events, and none is offered as doing so;
• the name or the date of birth you entered was wrong. The calculation is performed on exactly what you type. We have no way of knowing it is not what you meant, and a report prepared from mistaken details is a correct report about the wrong person.

Where you notice a mistake in your details before the report is delivered, write to us at once and we will correct the order.

5. Cancelling an order

An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before work on the reading has begun. Write to developer@astrorakeshjain.in with your payment reference as soon as you decide.

Because reports are delivered within 24 hours, the window in which an order can be cancelled is short. Once the reading has been prepared it cannot be cancelled, and once it has been delivered section 2 applies.

6. How to ask for a refund

Write to developer@astrorakeshjain.in and include:

1. the mobile number the order was placed with;
2. the payment reference, or the date and amount of the charge;
3. which of the grounds in section 3 applies, and what happened.

Please raise a refund request with us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback opened while we are still dealing with your request tends to freeze the payment and makes it slower, not faster, to return your money.

7. How a refund is made

A refund is always returned by the same method the payment was made — to the card, the UPI handle or the account it came from. We cannot redirect it elsewhere, and we do not refund in cash, in credit or in kind unless you ask for a credit and we agree to it.

Once we approve a refund we instruct it to the payment gateway without delay. How long it then takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer rather than by us; for most Indian banks it is a small number of working days.

8. Delivery

Reports are delivered in one place, and one place only:

• to the signed-in reports area of this site, where your report remains available to you for as long as your account is open.

We do not send reports by WhatsApp, by email, or by any other channel. Your report is reached by signing in with the mobile number used to place the order, and it can be read or downloaded there at any time.

There is nothing physical to ship, so no delivery charge arises and no postal address is needed.

9. If a report does not arrive

Because your report is delivered to this site rather than sent to you, there is no message to go astray. What can go wrong is that preparation fails, or that you cannot sign in to reach a report that is waiting for you.

If your report is not in the reports area, sign in with the mobile number used to place the order — a report bought under a different number will sit under that one. If it is still not there, or the sign‑in code does not reach you, write to developer@astrorakeshjain.in. We will make the report available to you, or, if we cannot, refund you in full under section 3.
