astrorakeshjain.in is owned and operated by Voicepe Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 79 Panchwati, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001. “Astro Rakesh Jain” is a brand under which Voicepe Technologies Private Limited offers numerology readings and related services.
In these terms, we, us and our mean Voicepe Technologies Private Limited. You means the person using the site, holding an account, or ordering a reading. Service means the website, the readings and reports we prepare, and any account you hold with us.

By using the site, creating an account, or ordering a reading, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.
Where you use the service on behalf of another person, a business or an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them, and these terms bind them as well as you.
These terms govern the whole of the service. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy, and the Disclaimer. Each of those documents forms part of the agreement between us, and each carries the same weight as this one.
You must be at least 12 years old to place an order or to hold an account.
A reading may be prepared for any person aged 3 years or older. Where you order a reading concerning someone other than yourself — a child being named, a partner, a business partner — you confirm that you are entitled to give us that person’s name and date of birth for this purpose.
You must also be permitted, under the law of the place where you live, to use a service of this kind.
An account is held against your mobile number and confirmed by a one-time password sent to it. Keep that number, and your access to it, secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Give accurate details. A reading is calculated from the name and the date of birth you supply, and an error in either produces a reading that is arithmetically correct but about the wrong person. We cannot detect such an error, and a reading is not refundable on that ground once it has been delivered.
One account per person. Tell us at support@astrorakeshjain.in as soon as you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We prepare numerology readings on Chaldean principles. A name and a date of birth are reduced to numbers, and those numbers are interpreted according to a traditional system. Depending on what is available at the time, this may include name correction, business names, naming a child, mobile and vehicle numbers, name compatibility, Lo Shu grid readings, house and flat numbers, and personal consultation.
Which services are open for order at any moment is shown on the Services page. We may add services, withdraw them, or change how they work.
Every report sets out its working in full. The calculation is fixed: the same name and the same date of birth will always produce the same numbers, and you are able to check the arithmetic for yourself.
Numerology is a traditional practice, not a science. A reading describes what that tradition holds. It is not a statement of fact about what has happened or what will happen to you, and no particular outcome is promised, predicted or guaranteed.
Nothing we provide is medical, legal, financial, psychological, tax or other professional advice, and it must not be used in place of any of them. Decisions about health, money, employment, marriage, property or family remain yours alone, and are best taken with proper professional counsel alongside whatever a reading may offer.

Please do not send payment credentials, identity documents or other sensitive material through the contact form or by message. We never ask for them.
The fee for each service is shown before you pay. Fees vary between services and may change from time to time; the fee that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you pay for it. Taxes are applied as required by law and shown at checkout.
Payment is taken in Indian Rupees through a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank credentials are handled by that gateway and are never received or stored by us. We see only the fact of payment and a reference for it.
An order is accepted, and work on it begins, when payment has succeeded. If payment fails or is reversed before delivery, the order does not stand.
Reports are delivered within 24 hours of successful payment. Delivery is made to the mobile number you gave at checkout by WhatsApp, to the email address you gave, and to the signed-in reports area on this site, where the report remains available to you.
Delivery depends in part on networks and providers outside our control. Where a report has not reached you within 24 hours, write to support@astrorakeshjain.in and we will resend it or refund you. The full position is set out in the Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy.
A reading is prepared for you individually and is delivered as a digital report. Once it has been delivered it is not refundable, because it cannot be returned or un-read.
We do refund duplicate charges, orders we fail to deliver, orders affected by a technical failure on our side, and debits you did not authorise. An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before work on the reading has begun. The conditions, and how to ask, are set out in the Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy.
The site — its text, illustrations, stylesheet, structure, and the form and wording of the reports we produce — belongs to Voicepe Technologies Private Limited or is used by us under licence. The name “Astro Rakesh Jain” and the marks and devices used on this site belong to us. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
When you buy a reading you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that report for your own purposes, including showing it to your family or to an adviser. You may not resell it, publish it, or present it as your own work.
You keep the rights in the details you give us. You grant us the licence we need to use those details to prepare, deliver and store your reading, and to keep a record of the order.
We rely on third parties to run the service — among them hosting, payment processing, message delivery and one-time password delivery. Those providers process data on our behalf, and how they handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
The site may link to pages we do not control. Those links are offered for convenience only. We do not endorse what is on them and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
You may stop using the service at any time, and you may ask us to close your account by writing to support@astrorakeshjain.in.
We may suspend or end your access where these terms are breached, where the service is used unlawfully or fraudulently, where a payment is reversed without cause, or where the law requires it. Where we do so, orders already paid for and not yet delivered are either completed or refunded.
Ending your access does not end the clauses that are meant to survive it — intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law among them.
We prepare readings with reasonable care and skill, and we take reasonable steps to keep the site available and accurate. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every defect.
To the fullest extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, income, opportunity, savings, data or reputation, however arising.
Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the reading to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for any decision you take, or do not take, on the strength of a reading.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, demands, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from any unlawful use of the service by you, from any infringement by you of another person’s rights, or from personal details you supplied to us that you had no right to supply.
We may change the service, and we may change these terms. Where a change to these terms is material, we will say so on the site or by a message to you, and the date at the head of this page will change.
Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the amended terms. An order already placed is governed by the terms that were in force when it was placed.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of the service, are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction.
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, the Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy and the Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us about the service, and replace anything said or written before it.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a transfer of our business. Headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.
